Pre-Screening

         Make an appointment for an eye exam with Dr. Anderson and receive $20 OFF

         any purchase of eyeglasses or lenses  for your frame ...... IF You

   1/  Come in at least one day Before the day of your appointment.

   2/  Have pre-screening completed.

   3/  Complete any paperwork

   4/  And provide a full list of any medications you are taking.

   Times to come in for Pre-Screening

         Monday & Tuesday Afternoons ... Wednesday Mornings ... Thursday Afternoons ..

          and Fridays.

     Pre - Screening  usually takes approximately 15 minutes
